webRX provides automated website diagnostic scanning and report generation. The Service analyzes publicly accessible web pages and categorizes findings into tiers based on potential business impact. webRX does not provide legal, medical, or professional technical advice.
The initial diagnostic scan is provided at no charge. Full prescription reports with step-by-step fix instructions are available for a one-time fee as displayed on the website. Clean Slate remediation services are available for a separate flat fee and include the deliverables described on the report page at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice posted on the website. Payment is required before delivery of paid reports or services. All fees are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase.
The Clean Slate service covers repair of Tier 1 Revenue Leaks and Core Local SEO tag optimizations for standard platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and similar). For highly customized or enterprise-grade systems, webRX provides pre-written code patches for your engineering team instead of direct site modifications. If your site uses a system that prevents direct modification, we will provide the exact code required to fix each finding.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit a URL for scanning. You must not use the Service to scan URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any credentials or access information you provide for Clean Slate services.
webRX attempts to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. webRX DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT SCAN RESULTS WILL IDENTIFY ALL ISSUES ON YOUR WEBSITE, OR THAT FIXING IDENTIFIED ISSUES WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, webRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Scan reports and their content are for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell reports generated by webRX without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
